Here we head out from the Benjamin Islands past Clapperton Island on our southwestern route to Gore Bay. The red track is our route taken. The purple route I had programmed into Clapperton Harbor for a side trip to Harbor Island. We didn't have time this trip to head there, but maybe "next" time. The green track is our route into the Benjamin's we took several days ago.

The Route After passing Clapperton Island, we continue southwest for a stop in Gore Bay for ice and water. Then it is west along the northern side of Manitoulin Island, before turning south through the Mississagi Strait. |

Into Presque Isle After crossing Lake Huron and entering Michigan waters we pull into Presque Isle Harbor marina. Here is a satellite view as well as the standard chart showing our route in. |
